Answers:
That sounds great to me! Are you on a reduced-salt diet!? If not, that's the only other thing I'd add to the chicken!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It sounds okay!.

You can also use fresh lemon juice if you got it &/ or tarragon!.

If you don't have fresh lemons, don't use the fake stuff in the plastic lemons!.!.!.urgh!.

What's your veggie!? Steamed asparagus!? Broccoli!? Spinach!?

I don't eat chicken anymore but when I did, I liked cooking it with lemon and/or tarragon and fresh ground pepper!. I'd serve in on a bed of steamed spinach!.

Optionally, you could marinate the chicken breast with a mixture of olive oil & balsamic vinegar!.

Either the lemon or the balsamic helps with the lack of salt by giving the chicken a tangy taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yea but isn't chicken high in protein or is it jsut the eggs!. if so i use to be very picky and so you can cook tofu which contains good proteins that meat does not have!. or go vegetarian!. if its high protein as in she needs protein than nevermind but tofu would be a good choice maybe a chicken and tofu stirfry!. just marinade tofu in some soy sauce and spice em up a little add garlic ginger and dice it and cook in the marinade and it will spell and look good then combine with your chicken!. im pretty sure no ones pickier than me so i think that should do pretty wellWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's good, just don't overcook your chicken!.

Sounds good!. Mix the garlic powder, and pepper together and put than on first and let it really absord the flavor!.

When I use garlic powder I also like to add onion powder, and sprinkle of celery salt!. I just think the 3 go together well!.

Serve a baked potato on the side!.

Or you could also add a slash of lemon juice!.

Then give a quick coat of oil just before cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds good so far!.!.!.I'd use fresh garlic if you have it!.!.!.add a little rosemary and a squeeze of lemon or splash of white wine to your chicken for extra pop!.
I'd also add some brown rice or whole wheat bread or a potato for you and your brother!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Honestly, it sounds kind of plain to me!. The chicken could taste %100 times better if you marinated it in your favourite vinagarette (italian, greek, balsamic) and it would still be just as easy :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds good to me! In fact, that's what I made for dinner the night before last except I used fresh garlic instead of garlic powder!. When it comes to recipes with few ingredients/spices!.!.!.!.fresh is best!Www@FoodAQ@Com

That sounds great!.!.!. I would put it all on top of a bed of rice!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

No salt!? Other than that, it sounds pretty good!. Maybe a small portion of wild rice!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Really that sounds really good! I'm hungry now! Here's a star!Www@FoodAQ@Com
