I (as a lot of us are, cannot order out to make tonight easier on myself, I wish I could but that isn't an option:) need a quick, easy, easy chicken recipe for dinner tonight!. My children will help with the sides so that's taken care of!. I just need the chicken recipe, hopefully a very tasty one with minimal prep!. time!. I have the usual standby's but am sick of the same old things!. So!.!.!.!.!.Easy!.!.!.!.Quick!.!.!.!.!.Different

8 skinless boneless chicken thighs, washed and patted dry
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
10-15 whole peeled garlic cloves
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees!. Place the garlic in a roasting pan!. Lay the chicken thighs over the garlic cloves!. Top the chicken with the remaining ingredients and season well with salt and pepper!. Roast in 400 degree oven, turning occasionally until the chicken is golden and most of the broth/juice has evaporated, leaving only olive oil in the pan!. Remove the chicken and garlic cloves from the pan leaving the olive oil behind!. Serve the chicken garnished with the whole roasted garlic cloves and additional lemon wedges!.

Chicken & Cheese! Super easy and quiet delicious!. Chicken breasts in the oven at 400 or 425 - whatever shake and bake usually recommends!. Sprinkle some pepper and salt on to taste!. I bake the chicken for about 15 - 20 minutes so that its almost cooked through and then take cheese - usually mozza but have tried that Kraft 4 cheese mix - and put slices or if grated sprinkle on top to coat!.

If it's boneless!. I'd cut it in small pieces, dip it in egg or yogurt or buttermilk and dredge in bread crumbs and flour(with salt black pepper, paprika, italian herbs) and spritz with some oil spray and bake

Do Breaded chicken its easy and very delicious!.!.!.!.!.!.All you do is take bread crumbs and cover the chicken with it its like chicken tenders and have some corn,salad and strawberry's on the side!!!!!!

I take a covere glass dish big enough to hold all the chicken I'll need in a single layer!.!.!.add olive oil, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and juice of a lemon or some white wine, swirl it around, add chicken and turn to coat, then cover and bake at 350 til it's done about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes depending on how much is in there!.!.!.oh, that's for boneless, skinless breasts!. If you've got bones and skin, double the time at least!. Sometimes I also add a little butter for richness!.
Something else that's really different and also easy, same dish, coat the bottom with olive oil, add chicken, layer a thick layer of sliced onions and some minced garlic over the chicken, add some drained small green olives or sliced large green olives, maybe a few black olives or greek olives (sliced) for color and sprinkle with tarragon, salt and pepper, bake til the chicken is done!. I'd do this one with boneless breasts only, if you do bone in the onion will melt to nothing due to the long cooking time!. 1 lb fettucine
Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet!. Cut chicken breast into strips!. Add salt and pepper!. Fry on medium heat until cooked through!.
Sauce:
Melt butter in saucepan; add cream and cheese!. cook over low heat, stirring constantly!. Do not boil!.
Cook fettucine in 3 quarts boiling water!. Mix chicken and Alfredo sauce together!. Drain noodles!. Put sauce and chicken over noodles!.
*Here's another one I got as an answer previously*:
try simple chicken parm or meat ball sub
by frozen food meat balls already made like turkey meat balls or perdue chicken tenders breaded
take a jar of tomato sauce ur choice in flavor
boil the meat in the sauce in a pot on medium
stirring and cooking and heating all thru should be quick
cut a few rolls
and fill with provolone cheese or mozzerella cheese or parmesan cheese ur choice
and add the meat onto the roll with sauce then put in the oven at 360 degrees to crisp the roll and melt the cheese
you can also make pasta and add the meat on pasta and add cheese
and melt the cheese in the oven in a oven safe bowl

Get some bow tie pasta, boneless chicken breast, and cheese (I think we had an Italian blend, but it doesn't matter what kind you use)!. Cut the chicken breast into little pieces and fry them up!. Boil the pasta!. While it's all still hot, load up the pasta on your plate, put some chicken on top of that (or mix it in, whichever you prefer), and sprinkle the cheese on top of it all!. It may be plain, but it is so good! You could also put spaghetti sauce on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat the oven to 375°F!. Stir the soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in a 2-quart shallow baking dish!.
Top with the chicken!. Season the chicken as desired!. Cover the baking dish!.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender!. Top with the cheese!. Let the casserole stand for 10 minutes!. Stir the rice before serving!.

Directions:

you can alway take 8 chicken breast marinade em in lemon juice for like 30 min or even 10 min and then rub wiht olive oil and then grill it so that it forms a nice skin then pop them in the oven with some marinara sauce and cheese would be quick and delicious
if you don't want italian you can always take the chicken breast let em grill then take cream of mushroom pop em in the oven for a while while you grill your chicken at 350 degrees than let your chicken cook in the cream of chicken add something crunchy on top that savory like fried onions or something like that or some cooked veggies!.

Cook some boneless skinless chicken breasts in a large skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat!. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth!. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce!. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes!. Meanwhile, cook some pasta following directions on the box!. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta!.
Serve with a bagged salad and Italian bread!.

In a skillet heat the butter and olive oil on medium high heat until butter is melted!. Add parsley, basil, oregano, garlic and salt and mix together!. Stir in lemon juice!.
Then add chicken pieces and saute for 3 minutes or until white!. Lower the heat and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through!. More butter can be added if needed!. Serve chicken over hot angel hair, or other pasta and pour some of the sauce over it all!.

In small bowl, mix together garlic, rosemary, mustard, lemon juice, salt pepper and olive oil until well blended!. Pour over chicken breasts and turn to coat well!. Cover and marinate at room temperature, turning once or twice, for 30 minutes!. (if you want to marinate longer, place the dish in the refrigerator)
2!. Remove chicken breasts from marinade and place on oiled grill set 4 to 6 inches from coals or heat source!. Grill chicken, turning once and basting with reserved marinade, until chicken is white throughout but still juicy, 8 to 10 minutes!.
