French toast is a cheap and easy favorite!. You can use texas toast (the thick white bread) which is super inexpensive!. Then you only need a few eggs, a little bit of milk, and some cinnamon!.
here is a basic recipe to help you with proportions!. I would add a teaspoon or two of cinnamon to the egg mixture!.
http://southernfood!.about!.com/od/frencht!.!.!.
Leave the bread out overnight (lay the slices on cooling racks or cookie sheets) to let it get a little stale so that it soaks up less of the liquid!. You will end up with crisper french toast!. Dunk a peice and cook it in a pan or on a griddle!. If the outside of the bread looks like it actually has cooked egg on it instead of toasty and golden add a little bit more milk to the mixture!.
Add some orange juice and maybe some bacon or fruit and you've got an easy breakfast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Good luck with that!. You know they will all want or expect something different!.
Oatmeal would stick with them the best, but unless they are used to eating it, some won't even try, unfortunately!.
I'd go with scrambled eggs & pancakes, or just french toast!.
Have a cereal like Cheerios, milk, & banana's on hand to give girls who don't like eggs a choice!.
I'd try and find out if any of them has food sensitivities or is lactose intolerant as well!.
Irish Granny and Kevin have good ideas!.!.!. didn't think of homemade muffins or decorating pancakes!.
The jams & jellys idea is marvelous!.!.!.especially since I hate generic syrup my self!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Muffins!. Make a dozen, that's 10 for the girls, 1 each for you and your wife!. And a big batch of scambled eggs!. Making one or two big helpings (to serve 10-12) would be easier than whipping up 20 or more pancakes!. And if you really want to spruce it up without too much effort, have omeltte-style "toppings", like cheese, olives, bacon!. Each girl can customize her eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Agree that oatmeal (or corn grits if that's your region) should be the base!. Canned fruit (peaches or whatever) can go with the oats and will satify the sugar-addicted ones!. You should offer juice!. Toast and a few spreads for those never taught to eat oats!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
