What does it mean when there's white stuff on the bottom of the salmon I just cooked?!

Its fat!. Salmon is just a very fatty fish more so than other fish!. So when you cook it, the fat cooks out and depending on how you cook it, the fat will cook into the fish!. Just gently scrape off the fat without damaging the fish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
