I love to marinade the turkey tenderloins in this great sauce I got from my sister-in-law's college friend back in the 70s!. Then grill or broil the turkey basting it with a little sauce!. Always comes out juicy and most flavorful!. Slice meat across the grain before serving!.

MARINADE FOR BEEF, PORK OR CHICKEN

1/3 C!. Vegetable Oil
2 Tbs!. Ketchup
1/4 C!. Soy Sauce
1 Tbs!. Lemon Juice
1/4 C!. Red Wine Vinegar
16 Grindings Black Pepper (about 1/8 tsp!.)
2 - 3 Tbs!. Brown Sugar
1/8 tsp!. Garlic Powder

Combine in Jar & Shake Well!. Refrigerate!.

Good for all types of meats, poultry and veggies on the grill! Try marinating turkey tenderloins at least an hour then grilling them!. Or try marinating a pork roast, then cooking it in foil on the grill, rotating it every 15 minutes!. Open the foil for the last half-hour to brown the outside!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I bought some on sale once and I didn't have much luck with any of the recipes I made!. I'm a pretty decent cook too!. If I had to cook them, I would definitely marinate them and tenderize them too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would use tenderloins for stir fries in a Asian dish!.

And turkey cutlets fried or just baked with some herbs and spices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
