What kind of fish is not "fishy" tasting and how can I cook it?!
I do not like fish!. Is there a fish that is not fishy tasting!? I would like to add some to my diet since I am now prediabetic!. And how do you cook it so it is healthy and doesn't taste so bad!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
Try Tilapia; my wife is also pre-diabetic and hates fishy fish (go figure), but she will eat baked or pan fried tilapia!.
Here, try this, but substitute Tilapia for catfish if you like:

I agree with the Halibut and rock cod answer!. I'm not much of a fish eater either cause of the fishy taste!. I like to season halibut, broil it on one side, turn over and smother with a light coating of mayonnaise mixed with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, then broil til golden brown and bubbly!. Make sure you buy it as fresh as possible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
