Answers:
NO!!! DO NOT PUT OIL IN RAMEKIN!! You are supposed to eat it in the ramekin not take it out!!! Now if you were making a flan I could help you with taking it out but not the creme brulee, no no no!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

True creme brulee is probably too delicate to be removed form the ramekin it's baked in!.!.!. I've never seen it not served in the ramekin, come to think of it!

You coudl try oiling it, but be prepared for it to crack when you tump it out onto a plate!. Then you've still got to caramelize the sugar on top!. Doesn't sound promising to me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i'm pretty sure creme brulee is meant to be eaten out of the ramekin or dish it's cooked in, since the inside is so soft!. you could try oiling the inside, but i still think it'd be a runny mess if you tried to get it out in one piece!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Creme brulee is meant to be eaten inside the ramekin!. Sprinkle some sugar on it and broil it until the sugar is brown and bubbly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't!. You eat it out of the ramekin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
