Question: Yummy breakfast smoothies!?
Here's the deal, most days I don't have enough time to prepare a proper breakfast, so i've made muffins ahead of time to help me with that, but i was also wondering, what are some smoothies I can add to make it more of a meal!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite recipe for a smoothie is
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt, sweetened is fine, but the plain gives it a tang
1 banana
1/2-3/4 cup frozen berries or fruit of any kind

You can also add oat bran or oatmeal to this to add whole grain carbsWww@FoodAQ@Com

I love smoothies, they are very filling all by themselves!. I usually make a smoothies with:

1 whole banana
1/2-cup of strawberries (frozen are fine)
2 tbls vanilla (or plain) yogurt
1 (or 2) tsp honey
Fill up the rest of the blender with ice!

Occasionally I'll add some pineapple or put some peaches in instead of the banana! Very good (and healthy too!!)!.

Tofu Fruit Smoothie

1/2 c!. sliced banana
1/2 c!. strawberries
1/2 c!. soft tofu , drained
1/2 c!. vanilla low fat yogurt
1 tsp!. vanilla
1 tbsp!. sugar
1/2 c!. milk or soy milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender ; process until smooth

1/2 cup greek nonfat yourt (flavored or unflavored)
half banana
2 kiwis
4 strawberries
1 peach
splash of vanilla soy milk
mmmm yummy

Strawberry Smoothie

*1 1/2 cups milk
* 1 cup strawberries
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1 cup crushed ice

1!. Put all ingredients into blender container!.
