Answers:
Get an oven safe casserole dish
Cut your potatoes thinly
Put a layer of margarine, cheese (cheese whiz is good for this too)
A layer of potato's
A layer of margarine, cheese
A layer of potatoes
Do as many layers as you want as long as you can still put some cheese and margarine on the top
You can even throw pees into the cheese + margarine
Put in the oven, at 350 with the lid on!. After about half-way, take the lid off!. It will take about an hour at least, it's done when you can poke a fork easily threw the potato!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here is how I make my scalloped potatoes!. It;s how my mother in law makes them and they are awesome!.
We even used to do them for my MIL resturant this way, and everyone that came in loved them!.
Peel the potatoes if you want, but I don't always do that!. Slice them about 1/4 in thick!.
Put one layer down in a casserole dish, add a sprinkle of flour, a couple dots of butter, sprinkle on some cheese and add seasoned salt and pepper!. Repeat until you run out of potatoes!.
Make sure the last layer is of course topped with cheese!. Add milk about 1/3-1/2 the way up the baking dish!.
Cover and bake, when the potatoes are tender remove the top and let the cheese get nice and golden brown!.
If you have left overs they make a GREAT scalloped potato soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Slice your potatoes!. Then make a roux with butter and flour!. Add milk, cheese, onions or onion powder, salt and pepper to taste!. Once it's the consistency you like, pour over potatoes and bake!.

You could speed up the process by microwaving your potatoes first so it won't take so long in the oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I use the same method that Mountain-Baby does except I put in a layer of onions!. I love scalloped potato soup, but I have to plan for it!. There are rarely left overs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
