Answers:
Place the bag in the refrigerator over night!.!.tomorrow you should be able to peel one of the breast away from the rest!.!.then refreeze the rest or better yet let them thaw in the refrigerator until you can peel more away refreezing them in individual bags!. You will have some loss or flavor and texture because of the thawing and freezing cycle but this is a safe method!. Some of the methods suggested are not!.

leave the water in your faucet running the hot one and put the chicken in a big deep pan then let the hot water runn in it all the way to the top let it stand for about 10-15 min it should be tawwed or leave it as long as you need depending on how much chicken it isWww@FoodAQ@Com

Run cool water over the bag until thawed!. It's a bit of a waist of water but this is the fastest way that won't begin to cook the chicken!. You can also put into a large vessel of cool water but it will take longer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just put it in a glass bowl or something and cover it up with a paper towel!. Then, just put it in a microwave for 4 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For future reference, you may want to visit www!.fsis!.usda!.gov/food_safety_education!. Go to A-Z directory and type in name of meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Place the breast into cold water make sure it is inside of a zip lock bag!. I shouldn't take it to long to defrost!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
