Potatoes cannot be fussed over decide quickly and neck them but if its for your picnic then take the sauce/oil whatever, separately to avoid condensation there is nothing worse than watery potato salad

No it is not necessary to put mayo in a potato salad!. I have a great recipe that is made with chicken stock, red wine vinegar, olive oil, dill, salt, pepper, and red onion!. And that's it- besides the potatoes of course!. It's delicious and everyone loves it
Here's the recipe-
Boil potatoes until almost fork tender!. Drain!. While still warm, add a bit of chicken stock (not enough to make soupy, just enough to soak in and give great flavor!. Whisk together a dressing of 2 parts olive oil, 1 part red wine vinegar!. Add a healthy dose of fresh or dried dill, salt, pepper and chopped red onions!. Serve warm or cold, up to youWww@FoodAQ@Com

1/2 cup italian dressing
1/4 spicy brown mustard
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 minced parsley
2 tbsp chopped green onion
