2 Eggs
1/4th onion (finely chopped)
1-2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1/4th tomato (chopped), optional
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt To Taste
1/4th tsp red chili powder or to taste
1 tbsp milk
Oil to fry



How To Make An Egg Omelette:


Beat the eggs and add milk, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, salt & chili powder!.
Beat the mixture until foamed!.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add the mixture!. Cook over low heat till mixture is firm and flip it and fry the other side!.
Serve hot with bread or Paratha!.

Omelet in a Bag

2 eggs
2 slices ham, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped onion (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tomato (optional)
1 tablespoon chunky salsa (optional)
2 fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Crack the eggs into a large resealable freezer bag!. Press out most of the air, and seal!. Shake or squeeze to beat the eggs!. Open the bag, and add the ham, cheese, onion, green pepper, tomato, salsa, and mushrooms!. Squeeze out as much of the air as you can, and seal the bag!.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil!. Place up to 8 bags at a time into the boiling water!. Cook for exactly 13 minutes!. Open the bag, and let the omelet roll out onto a plate!. The omelet should roll out easily!.

the most important thing when making an omelet is you want to have your eggs at room temp!. that is the secret to them being fluffy you really should use a whisk if you have one to incorporate as much air as possible !.make sure the pan and butter are hot!.as soon as the egg sets around the edge reduce the heat to med!. lift the edges of the egg and let the liquid egg Flow underneath!. turn the pan around as you do this it will start to puff right up!. when all the liquid egg is off the top put on your filling in the middle do not take it to the edge!. fold the egg and turn off the heat!. tent it lightly or half cover with a lid for 3 min!. make sure your filling was at room temp oopsWww@FoodAQ@Com
