Is there something that can be substituted for Mayonnaise?!
I was going to make tuna egg salad; had already opened the can of tuna and than realized the mayo was bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are a lot of options!. If you have plain yogurt on hand, mix that up with a little mustard and use that!. If you like it this way its lower in fat & calories too!.
Or change up the flavor completely and mix tuna fish with red shrimp cocktail sauce (just ketchup & horseradish with a squirt of lemon to taste)
A blended mixture of plain yogurt & sour cream will give you a tangy taste too, if you don't like mustards!.
If you do like mustard, just use that instead of the mayo all together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
