How to prepare onions in vinegar?!
I am searching for the recipe of onions in vinegar that we find in some restaurants specially in India !. they serve it along with pickles and all!. Can anyone tell me how to prepare that!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Small onions - 12-15
White vinegar - 1 cup
Salt - 1 Tsp
Whole dry red chillies - 2
Laung (cloves) - 3-4
Method:
Peel onions!. Rub salt & red chilli powder!.
Keep aside for 1/2 an hour!.
Pack the onions, laung & dry red chillies in a jar!.
Boil vinegar and pour over the onions!.
1" piece ginger cut into match sticks may also be added along with onions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
