i have bread, eggs, various fruits and veggies, pastas, dried herbs and seasonings, rice, milk, leftover chicken, and!.!.!.!.no cheese
i have butter and oil too lol
i want something filling but healthy i am trying to lose weight!.

okay first of all, if your trying to loose weight then don't listen to the 1st answer!. You need carbs for energy!! any who! here are some ideas:
Make the night before Rice and chicken Bowls-
1/4 cup rice
1/2 cup veggies
1/4 cup chicken
take chicken and rub with seasoning!. then grill or pan fry!. Throw it with some rice and veggies!. Microwave for about 1 minute for lunch and you'll be full and looking fabulous!.
Veggie-Egg omelet
take 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg prepare with salt and pepper
take 1/2 cup veggies mix in with beatened egg
put in pan and fry it up omelet style

Make a chicken roll with your left over chicken, shred it with your fingers put in a roll or any kind of bread you have and put mayonaisse on it!.!. in your case use the light mayonaisse!.!.!.

You could boil some pasta and toss it with a few tbsps with the dried herbs!. Cook the chicken to your liking and toss it in!

Well you can forget the bread, pasta and rice if your wanting to loose weight!. So were are looking at scrambled eggs with the veggies in it!. also the chicken would go in there nicely!.
Or stir fry the veggies, and add the chicken!. You could eat a small portion of rice!.
Or crepes with the veggies and chicken in it!.
3 eggs
1 1/2 c!. flour
2 tbsp!. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp!. salt
1 1/2 c!. skim milk
24 crepes
In mixing bowl, combine eggs and salt, add flour alternately with milk, beating until smooth after each addition!. Add oil and beat!. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour!. Cook on upside-down crepe griddle according to manufacturer's directions, or in skillet with non-stick coating!. (If using skillet, allow 2 tablespoons batter per crepe, turning skillet to coat evenly in very thin layer!. Cook over medium heat until bottom is brown, turn brown other side a few seconds)!.
Crepes may be made in advance, wrapped in foil or plastic wrap, and stored in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days; for easier separation, a layer of waxed paper or foil may be placed between crepes!. They may be kept in freezer if tightly sealed in freezer bags!. When ready to use bring crepes to room temperature before separating!.
