My princess cake won't come out of the pan! HELP!!!!?!
I have baked a cake (using a hot milk cake recipe) in a Wilton princess cake pan and I coated it w/ spray pam and flour very well and still can't get the cake out!. I'm afraid it's going to fall apart and I don't want to start over! Please help if you have any tips for me! Thanks so much and God Bless!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am guessing the hot milk in the batter may have been too hot and when you poured it in the pan it mixed with your pam and flour and incorporated your release ingredients with the batter!. The flour should be the barrier for the butter/pam and it wasn't in this case!.
Let the cake cool in the pan and see if the moisture that collects in the bottom helps!.
Sorry, you might need to start over with cooler batter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Even if it sticks, you may lose a chunk from the middle but you will be serving the cake with the top of the cake being the top of the cake (not inverted where the hole is)!. Run a knife around the edge and carefully invert after it cools!. glue the hole back on with icing if a piece comes off the bottom when inverting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You need to allow it to cool in the pan so it will shrink a little!.

let it cool down a bit and gently tap the pan and tip it upside down but with your hand underneath ready to catch!.
If this doesn't work use a knife to go around the edgesWww@FoodAQ@Com
