try to keep you oil out!. the reason it explodes is because the oil is cold and take on moisure and when you but the cold, wet oil into the hot pan it want to basicly get out of the pan!. you should away have you oil at room temp!. also the best oils to fly with are corn oil and canola, not olive oil or extra olive oil!. they should only be used in salad dressings, never for fryingWww@FoodAQ@Com
Make sure your oil is cooled down to room temp before putting it in the fridge!. You may be getting water from condesation!.
You may have the burner up to high ad heating to oil too much!.
Try turning the burner on low for a few min first then turning it up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Condensation forms on or in the oil when you refrigerate it, it mixes in and when the oil heats back up, the water instantly turns to steam and escapes!. And you hear a popping sound!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It's absorbing moisture in your fridge, as you heat it up the water reaches boiling point you get splattered, try wearing a big apron and a welders mask, you'll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
stop putting oil in the fridge!. There is no GOOD reason to do so and a lot of good reasons not to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
