PEANUT BUTTER BUTTERCREAM FROSTING RECIPE:

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
2-4 Tbsp!. milk
1/8 tsp!. salt
1 tsp!. vanilla

Preparation:
In large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, and 2 Tbsp!. milk!. Mix well, adding more milk as needed to make a fluffy spreadable frosting!. Frosts 8" layer cake or sides of 9" layer cake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients:

* 1/3 cup solid vegetable shortening
* 1/3 cup butter
* 3/4 cup peanut butter
* 3/4 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* 4 cups (approx!. 1 lb!.) confectioners' sugar, sifted

instructions:

Cream shortening and butter with electric mixer!. Add peanut butter, milk and vanilla!. Gradually add sugar, one cup at a time, beating well on medium speed!. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl often!. When all sugar has been mixed in, icing will appear dry!. Add milk and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy!.

Keep icing covered with a damp cloth until ready to use!. For best results, keep icing bowl in refrigerator when not in use!. Refrigerated in an airtight container, this icing can be stored 2 weeks!. Re-whip before using!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have leftover frosting, use it to make sweet cookie sandwiches using graham crackers!.

this is easy just buy a pack of icing sugar and on the back it says how to make butter icing (same as butter-cream frosting) follow how to make it then you just add 1/3 a jar of peanut-butter and mix with hand!. easy and tastes really good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
