This is a good one;

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
7 slices processed American cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in flour!. Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture thickens!. Stirring constantly, mix in cheese and salt!. Continue to cook and stir until cheese has melted and all ingredients are well blended, about 15 minutes!.
Serves 4!.

Take a hunk of Velveta and toss it into a bowl with a jar of your favorite salsa!. Nuke it on medium for about three minutes and stir!. Nuke it again for about 2 minutes on medium again, and dip your chips!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best thing for you is nacho cheese sauce in a can its at most walmart's and you dont have to cook it unless you want it warm!. then just do that in the microwaveWww@FoodAQ@Com

velveeta cheese and Rotel (canned tomatoes and chilis)
Combine them in a bowl, place in microwave, stir every 2 minutes or so until all the cheese is meltedWww@FoodAQ@Com
