Cake design? Food Network Challenge?!
Where could I learn to design cakes!? Wedding cakes, birthday cakes, ex!.!.!. Either normal tall cakes or sculpt characters out of the cake!. Any idea where I would go to learn how to do this and what tools, techniques to use!? Would I go to a school and take courses to learn or could I teach myself or would it be way too hard!?
If I could do it by myself, if you could suggest some books that could teach me all about it, I'd really appreciate it!

Well your best bet would be to find a night class or something in your area which does cake design courses!.
However there are some websites out there which can teach you a few things, I often use blog style websites (See sources) to help me learn some tricks but there are some websites out there which will help you to pick up some starter tips too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
