My sister's asking me to make a pasta dish for dinner tonight. Do you have any quick and easy recipes?!
My sister's birthday was yesterday, but she couldn't come for dinner, so she's bringing her husband and daughter to my parents' house for dinner tonight!. She called the house this morning!. Since I forgot to get her a birthday present, I offered to cook dinner tonight!. She requested a pasta dish and with any kind of sauce and any kind of pasta!. I'm not the best cook in the world, so I'm looking for a quick and easy, yet delicious pasta dish that can feed seven people!. Do you have any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
You have a couple of options; it depends on how much you want to cook!.
1!. You can just buy pasta readymade and then warm it up and eat!.
2!. Buy some basic ingredients and then semi-cook it!.
3!. Make everything from scratch!.
From your question it looks like you are going to semi cook!. As you are not a professional cook!. ;)
So option #2!.
Buy some pasta - spaghetti, shell, angel hair, tubular, shaped pasta, etc!. If you want to be fancier you can make or buy pasta that has food enclosed in it!. So when they bite into it they get some veggies!.
Get some sauce - simple tomato sauce!. Or you can get actual readymade pasta sauce!. To make your own custom sauce, mix the tomato sauce with some chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil, rosemary, and other spices!. Whatever you like!.
To make the pasta: Boil some water in a pot big enough!. Measure the pasta to how much you want, usually it becomes twice the size it is!. Pour the pasta into the boiling water!. Add salt for taste if you want to!. Mix the pasta so they don’t stick to each other!. Then bite into a piece!. When the pasta is no longer hard, it's done!. Strain the water out!. Then add your sauce over like medium heat, while stirring!. Make sure it does not burn the pasta especially at the bottom of the pot!. Then serve hot!. That's it!.
A recipe:
I would recommend shell pasta!. It takes most sauces well!. Use my spicy sauce idea!. And to make it more filling add some cheese to the final product!. Mozzarella!. But it all depends on what you find delicious!. If you don't like any of the ingredients then don't add them!.
Bon appetite! :(>)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fast and Easy Garlic and Broccoli Pasta
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
3-4 tablespoon olive oil (too much makes your broccoli mushy)
1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cup broccoli, frozen
2 cup cooked bow tie noodles
Directions:
Put olive oil in hot pan at medium heat, and add garlic!. When the garlic pieces start to brown add the broccoli, still frozen!. You could speed this step up by heating the broccoli thoroughly by other means, but this way really takes in the flavor of the garlic and the oil!. Continuously stir the dish until the broccoli is soft, about ten minutes!. Sprinkle with garlic salt to your taste!. At least a little is good, or it can be a little bland!. Finally, toss with cooked pasta!. ENJOY!!!
Serves: 3-4( so if you need more just double everything!!!)
Preparation time: 20 min!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like making Chicken alfredo!. You can buy packets of sauce already done!. Cube some chicken breast and brown them in a frying pan until cooked through!. Then I fry up a little bacon for flavor and add to the chicken!. Put the alfredo sauce with the chicken and bacon!. Boil up some pasta (I like using the bow ties) and serve it with the alfredo sauce on top!. Add a salad and some garlic bread and it's a great meal!. By the way, I use the powdered garlic alfredo sauce that you have to make (it's really easy) made by Club House!. For a family of 4, I use 3 packets!.
Good luck :) I'm sure anything you make, your sister will enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
