What do you do with Antipasto ?!

Question: What do you do with Antipasto !?
I bought a jar of Grilled Aubergine antipasto and tasted it and it was awful, was I supposed to heat it up!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
No, it is supposed to be eaten like that and combined with other room temperature food, like a salad, small pieces of toasted bread, etc!. Maybe is stale, check the expiration date!.
Check the ingredients as well, some of those antipasto makers want to be so trendy that they use the weirdest herbs or ingredients!.
Grilled Aubergine means grilled eggplant, which can be a little bit bitter!.
If you do not like it, please do not eat it, you might get sick!.
It has also happened to me before with some food!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd like that on a turkish bread roll, toasted with cheese and ham, maybe some other types of antipasto like sundried tomatoes!. Yum!. An antipasto platter has aubergine, sundried tomatoes, olives, different meats like salami and hams, cheeses, pickled artichokes, and some fabulous crusty Italian bread!. I could survive on it! And red wine of course!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always thought of antipasto as like an appetizer before the meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
