i worked in a bakery for about 7 years!. i know that an 8 inch serves about 10-12 people!. so if its a sample!.!.!. and the sample is a spoonful, i think it would be enough!. if you want them to have a small slice, you may have to make 2-3 cheesecakes!. and it also depends on how you slice it!.!.!.

up to you :D

good luck with it tho!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If they are only getting a sampling, it should be enough!.

The other thing you could do is make "mini" cheesecakes in cupcake tins, use the paper holders, then you could be sure everyone had a piece!.

It's basically the same recipe, just put together different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it should be fine if you are only giving them a spoonful!. You won't be able to make a bigger cheese cake !.!.!. you'd have to make 2! Try and cut it in a square grid style, so everyone gets a little cube!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For just a small sample then I would say yes!. But I would recommend maybe making you cheesecake in a brownie pan!. that way you can cut the samples into squares!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends on the students, if they are kindergarten then its enough, if they are highschoolers then noWww@FoodAQ@Com

Sure it is, give them a mouthful each!. Chees cake is fattening so keep the slices smallWww@FoodAQ@Com

For a SAMPLEING, yes, I believe you only need one bit for a sample,!.

You're not feeding them ^^Www@FoodAQ@Com
