defrosting boneless pork chop loins?!

Question: Defrosting boneless pork chop loins?
I plan on defrosting a few pieces of pork chops in cold water for tonight, but they were all placed in a ziplog baggy and now, all the pork chop the pieces are stuck together! i dont plan on using all the pieces so how should i break them apart? Should i place them all in cold water. defrost them, and then seperate the ones im going to use from the ones im not going to use & put them in back into the freezer?
or is it bad to place defrosted meat back into the freezer?
Please help. i dont know what to do. lol thanks for your help!

Answers:

Defrost just long enough to break them apar but they are still pretty frozen.
Take them all aparta nd place back inthe freezer in ziplock baggies in packages sizes you will use for dinners.

It is bad to place defrosted meat back in the freezer.

Defrost and cook them all. Then put the ones you do not need (cooked) back in the freezer.

Eat the cooked-and-refrozen chops out within a month. Once you are ready to do so, plan ahead. Take the cooked-and-refrozen out of the freezer two days ahead of when you want to eat them and put them in the refrigerator to defrost (in a container so they dont leak all over the inside of the fridge). Then once they are defrosted, you can just heat them back up in the oven or microwave.
