Can I use a 8x8 pan to roast chicken breasts?!

Question: Can I use a 8x8 pan to roast chicken breasts?
Just a regular 8x8 baking pan...will it work for roasting chicken?

Answers:

Yes it will work - at least 4 or them, again it depends on their size, but if they are small, you should be able to do 6.

Season them well and don't forget to coat them with a little oil.

I'd say 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes

Let them rest for about 10 minutes after you take them out of the oven, covered with foil.

You can use pretty much any pan for roasting as long as you having a grate or something to keep the chicken off the bottom of the pan. I will roast covered with foil first then uncovered towards the end to brown.

Sure. Don't crowd the pan. If the chicken breasts don't have a bit of room around them use a slightly larger pan. The space around them will promote even browning, if they are crowded they will not brown as nicely.

of coarse. i cook a lot of things in 8x8 pans including chicken breasts. unless the chicken was like ginormous or something.
