Depending on how long you have been incubating, you should see red blood veins, the small form of a beginning embryo ( or germ ) and (depending on how long you have been incubating ) the embryo ( or germs ) heart beating.
If you have been incubating less than 5 days than you will likely see not much more than maybe the smallest ditectable blood veins. Wait till the egg has been incubating for at least a week before candling ( ten days is prefured for duck eggs ) and if it is fertile and is thriving than you should see the moving embryo, its heart beating, and lots of blood veins.
