Ripe avocado -- 1
Ice cubes -- 1 cup
Milk -- 1/2 cup
Sweetened, condensed milk -- 1/3 cup

Scoop the avocado flesh from its shell and remove the seed.
Add the avocado flesh, ice cubes, sweetened, condensed milk and half of the regular milk to a blender. Process until smooth. Add more milk if needed to get the consistency you like.
Serve in tall glasses with a spoon or straw.

Chop one of them up and whisk it into the following salad dressing, and serve over a big, fresh green salad. DIVINE.

Garlic Vinaigrette for Green Salad ***
? 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
? 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
? 3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
? Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
? 1/2 cup good olive oil
? Salad greens or mesclun mix for 6 to 8 people
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, garlic, vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. While whisking, slowly add the olive oil until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
Place the salad greens in a medium bowl and add enough dressing to moisten. Sprinkle with a little extra salt and pepper, if desired, and serve immediately.

You can also add dices to green salad; add slices to sandwiches; dice and top chili or tortilla soup w/ them; make a salad w/ endive and grapefruit wedges adn a simple vinaigrette; or add to a smoothie.

How about a Pacific Turkey Dagwood?
A Heap of Thinly sliced turkey on a wide slice of sourdough, a slice of smoked swiss,
Sliced Avocado, shredded lettuce, topped with cocktail shrimp.
Dress lightly with olive oil and apple cider vinegar
Serve with potato chips :p

If you want a quick and easy trick slice them up fancy style and generously sprinkle some garlic salt on them. Serve as a side to practically any meat dish. You can also add to sandwiches or crackers.

Preference
