Is it better to eat celery raw or cooked? And does it make you more charming?!

Question: Is it better to eat celery raw or cooked? And does it make you more charming?
I've been puzzled about what celery does to the body for some years now. At one point I heard it makes you more attractive if you eat it raw. Then I hear it removes fat from the body if you eat it cooked or raw. What does celery really do to the body?

Raw or cooked , celery is a powerhouse food filled with vitamins and minerals . The 3 main ones are highly important to your body , vitamin A , K and folate . It is also packed with 4 important minerals to daily body needs , calcium , magnesium , phosphorus and potassium .
It should be noted that celery is extremely high in natural sodium as well as fiber . I'm not sure if it will help you be more charming , but it will aide your body in the metabolization of fat . Great for dieting and losing weight .
Celery and peanut butter has been my preferred snack for years .

people cook them to bring out the flavor.
its best to eat them raw like fruits, carrots, and cucumbers. because the vast nutrients you'll need. (better if you bought them locally grown orgnanic, that's a double plus there)

celery(raw) low lowww in calories, high in vitamin K (a vitamin that people dont eat a lot, that is also good for your skin build up), it also helps prevent cancer, may lower cholestrol (better than Cheerios), may lower blood pressure, has good amount of vitamin c... in some Chinese soups, when someone gets a cold, they add lots of raw celery to reduce cold-like symptoms, and it shows that it stops tumor cells growing

It's very low in calories, moderately high in sodium, and very high in fiber. Nibble it as a crunchy snack, use it as seasoning in hot (cooked) dishes, but don't count on it making you a better person.

not any more charming and i think it is better to eat raw
