Can you make/eat pilsbury cinnamon rolls past the expiration date?!

Question: Can you make/eat pilsbury cinnamon rolls past the expiration date?
We found a roll of pilsbury cinnamon rolls in the back of the fridge.. they are 2 months past the expiration date.. never have been made. Would they be safe to make and eat? Or should we throw them out?

Yes of course theyre still good. Make them as usual and enjoy.
The expiration date is merely a suggestion by the manufacturer that they are BEST when eaten by that date. So, bake and enjoy.

You won't die from it, no. But the texture gets weird, and you'll have a hard time getting them out of the can w/o them splitting and tearing. Once you do, tho, they're ok to eat.
