Any one know good smoothie recipes?!

Question: Any one know good smoothie recipes?
I love making smoothies, but mine always turn out too thick so you have to eat it with a spoon. Anyone know some good recipes?

Answers:

I usually use a handful of frozen berries (whichever is in the freezer at the time, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries), a banana, a handful of spinach and some ground flax seed. Add juice (orange, peach, whatever is in the fridge) and blend. If it's too thick, add a little more juice.

For the smoothies you're already making, maybe try using ice instead of some kind of dairy. That should thin it out. As for recipes, these are my favorites:

They're different and definitely nutritional. My favorite is the wrinkle fighter one.

I use apple juice in my smoothies...It gives it a little sweetness and I can make it the consistency I want...I keep frozen fruit in the freezer..then all I have to get at the store are fresh bananas...

I make enough for a couple of days...Just add the fresh bananas as I go...

Good luck........

Strawberry banana

yield: 5, 235 ml servings

1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 to 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 cup milk
3 medium bananas, quartered
3 tbsp orange marmalade, or 1 tbsp honey

Put in blender. Blend up.

I found all best recipes in this site.
