Questions about a salad?!

Question: Questions about a salad?
How is a Ceaser Salad Made? And what's in a Chef's salad? Thanks

Answers:

A Caesar is basically romaine lettuce and a dressing make with garlic, lemon juice and anchovies.

A chef's salad is chopped greens covered with diced ham, egg, olives, shredded carrots, shredded cheese, bacon and avocado.

It is usually assembled at the table. Tradition recipe uses romain lettuce, garlic, raw egg, parmesan cheese, anchovies, olive oil, croutons, white wine vinegar or lemon juice, dijon mustard. That's the ingredients. Assembly requires that you tear the lettuce in to large bite, rub the bowl with the garlic, add the lettuce, break a raw eggs over, mix, combine all the other ingredients in a jar except the parmesan and crouton, mix the pour over the lettuce, mix, grate the parmesan over and the croutons and mix again. Find the recipe online.
