Need help with the name of a cooking show on TV?!

Question: Need help with the name of a cooking show on TV?
(NOT BOBBY FLAY) I saw this cooking challenge show on TV a couple months ago. The host goes around to different restaurants, finds out how one of their items is made, goes to his home and tries to come up with a different way to make the item (NOT BOBBY FLAY). This guy uses dry ice, and liquid nitrogen to cook some things. He also makes mozzarella balls that melt when you bite into them. And he also made slices of ketchup.

Answers:

Richard Blais of Bravo's Top Chef

hes a host on the food network just go to their website n youll find him i cant thing of his name right now.

Richard Blais of Top Chef always uses liquid nitrogen - does he have reddish hair? If so, that is him.

Just a guess but could it be Alton Brown on the Food Network? He uses a lot of science when it comes to his cooking.
