What can I use in place of Arugula...?!
Answers:
You could eat Water Cress, which is nice and spicy like Arugula, and also try rocket, you can get some very nice peppery ones.

I belong to Full Circle CSA and they are now shipping arugula with our weekly boxes of produce. If you're really looking for Arugula, try googling "Full Circle Farm, WA".
If not, watercress, spinach, spicy mustard greens and other leafy mixtures work well.
If you have a local organic market, their produce specialists can help in selecting something that may be more "in season" in your area (Try Whole Foods - although spendy).
I like using escarole lettuce, but the watercress is nice to, I would use the loose baby spinach as the bagged and bunched stuff is either to chewy or gritty, any lettuce is fine, the lighter flavoured ones like Butter/Boston or Leaf types are not to bitter.
Just about any type of leaf lettuce or bitter green would work. Spinach, watercress, dandelion greens or radicchio would be good.

Aragula is another name for rocket. Most supermarkets will stock it.
