How do I get my home made taco shells not to stick to the foil?!

Question: How do I get my home made taco shells not to stick to the foil?
I am trying to make home made taco shells. I followed the directions, and used foil in the press as one place said to do. And even when I don't use foil, it sticks to the press. And now it sticks to the foil and tears apart when I put it on the taco cooker?

What have I don't wrong. How to I get it to come off from the foil and not tear? What is the secrete to it.

Spray the foil with Pam or use no-stick foil. Reynolds makes a good one

I've never made taco shells with a press (I just roll out the dough and shape it around something to bake.) but I would recommend using wax paper or greased parchment paper instead of foil. If your recipe says to bake it with the foil, then don't use wax paper, since it might melt the wax into the shell.

Before you put the taco shells in the oven, spread butter on the foil. The butter wont make a difference to the taco shells. But make sure you dont put piles of butter on it, just firmly spread it. The shells wont stick to the foil then

use reynolds wrap non-stick foil.

Spray the foil with Pam or another brand of no-stick spray before you put the taco in it.
