Rub olive oil onto all surfaces of the pork loin....Place the pork loin on a wire roasting rack and set the rack inside a roasting pan.....Pour four cups of water into the roasting pan.

Light the gas grill and turn all burners to high for 10 minutes of pre-heating.
Season the pork loin to taste. For example, sprinkle with coarse sea salt, cracked peppercorns and dried rosemary, or perhaps a mixture of chili powder, cayenne pepper and paprika...or your choice of seasoning...

Turn off one of the burners on a two-burner grill and place the roasting pan with the pork loin over the extinguished burner. On a three-burner grill, shut off the middle burner and place the roasting pan on the middle of the cooking surface.

Adjust the burner control knobs to low heat and close the grill cover, making sure the burner underneath the roasting pan is not lit.
Grill 20-25 minutes per pound.....

Enjoy............

I LOVE pork tenderloin - The way I do it is to get my grill hot, then sear it on all sides for maybe 2 minutes on each side then if you have multiple burners, turn off one and put the tenderloin on the side that has no flame, and let it finish cooking on indirect heat (to about 130 degrees for med-rare). Shouldn't take too long
