Spaghetti Bolognese. Instead of frying the minced meat, just fill up a pot with veal/cow stock and let it boil until it's completely colourless... as in gray and the stock is almost gone. Fill it up with tomato polpa or fresh tomatoes and a couple of cherry tomatoes. And please, even kids can make spaghetti. A bit of salt, olive oil, a huge pot filled with water and slide the spaghetti in when the water boils for about 8-10 minutes.

If that's to difficult, preheat a microwave dish or boil water and fill up the mac'n'cheese, killing off the last bit of interest and fantasy kids could bring into the joy of cooking. It's no shame to assist and watch them, keeping an eye on the timing.

How about an easy pasta dish?

Buttery Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
6 ounces egg noodles
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 cup crumbled buttery round crackers (RITZ ARE THE BEST!)
1/2 cup butter

Directions
Boil chicken in a large pot of simmering water. Cook until no longer pink in center, about 12 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside. Bring chicken cooking water to a boil and cook pasta in it. Drain. Cut chicken into small pieces, and mix with noodles. (OR YOU CAN PRE-CUT CHICKEN INTO CHUNKS BEFORE)

2.In a separate bowl, mix together mushroom soup, chicken soup, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Gently stir together cream soup mixture with the chicken mixture. Place in a 2 quart baking dish.

3.Melt butter in a small saucepan, and remove from heat. Stir in crumbled crackers. Top casserole with the buttery crackers.

4.Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins, until heated through and browned on top.

If they like veggies, they can add mushrooms or anything else they like!

Maybe add some nice crusty bread to go along side!

Hey, I see you're a big fan of food and you really love to cook different foods with that desired passion. I just purchased a really great recipe guide online and I have now been able to cook fabulous dishes with my guests always complementing the great food I cook.

Most recipes "for kids" are dessert-type foods, or perhaps pizza or a simple spaghetti.

There are many more things kids can make, and at her age she can do even more. Here's a list of some of the things kids might want to cook, etc:

they could make cookies... and then go to the store and get plenty of colorful icing (or just get white and get food coloring so they can make it any color they want), sprinkles, writing gel, and stuff like that... then let them decorate the cookies!... you could also do the same with Cupcakes!

hope i helped! :)

Have them bake & decorate cookies or a box cake.

If you are going to be there..how about mac & cheese...it is pretty easy...

Have fun......
