Tuna salad! It's delicious. Put in some canned tuna, some celery, tomato, carrot, parsley, whatever you like, mayonnaise and ketchup. You can fill a tomato with this or just make a sandwich. I LOVE it in pita bread.

Ingredients for hummus

* 1 clove garlic
* 1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, half the liquid reserved
* 4 tablespoons lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons tahini
* 1 clove garlic, chopped
* 1 teaspoon salt
* black pepper to taste
* 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. In a blender, chop the garlic. Pour garbanzo beans into blender, reserving about a tablespoon for garnish. Place lemon juice, tahini, chopped garlic and salt in blender. Blend until creamy and well mixed.
2. Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl. Sprinkle with pepper and pour olive oil over the top. Garnish with reserved garbanzo beans.

This you can also put in pita bread with a bit of meat.

Scumpcious.

Cooking freak.

drop in an egg yolk or two(just the yolk)

put in a tad of mustard, just a bit.

Hit start, and let it go.

ONce the mustard and yolks are mushed up, slowly pour in vegtable oil.

IN a bit you will have your very own mayonaise. Add garlic, herbs, lemon zest, whatever, and make your own aiolis.

Simple, easy, no cooking, and everyone needs a good mayo!

Hummus, cous cous, or pesto!

apple sauce
