How much does a full size gourmet cheesecake sell for?!
I made one for a friend of mine as a thank you. She has since gushed about it being the best cheesecake ever...and more than once encouraged me to sell them. I told her that it cost over $10 to make it. I do not ever plan on going into the cheesecake business...but it got me curious...how much would someone pay for it at a bakery?
Answers:
probably at least $30 bones, dude. more if you get fancy. check out the cheesecake factory prices:

and that's cheesecake factory - a chain. a nice little bakery could probably get away with charging more since it'd be a small business.
at the cheesecake shops here, a standard cheesecake is minimum about $20.

i wish i could make yummy things like that!
A quality gourmet cheesecake could easily go $29.50 and higher.
