Yes, we do. Here are the directions from the calrose site, http://www.diamondgrice.com/cook.html
We use 1 1/2 cup water to 1 cup of rice, but you may want to read the instructions that came with your rice cooker. If you cannot find them (I always lose stuff like that) use the ratio given, then make adjustments based on your results.
