You can use BBQ Sauce or Tomato Sauce in place of ketchup.

Italian Meat Loaf
1 lb ground beef
1/4 Cup Italian or plain bread crumbs
1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce another 2 Tablespoons for use later
1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
Pepper to taste. (no need to add salt..it's in the cheese and sauce)
Mix all ingredients, except 2 tablespoons sauce and put in a glass loaf pan
Bake for 45 minutes, spread the 2 tablespoons sauce on the almost cooked meatloaf and bake for another 10 minutes.

Note - You should see the meatloaf's juices bubbling at the bottom of the glass and the juices should be clear. This is how you know it's done.

One can of family-sized cream of mushroom soup (or 3 regular sizes)
Rice
Peas

Brown the meat then add the soup. Put about 1/4-1/2 cup of water to make it soupy but still thick. Allow to simmer while the peas and rice cooks.

Dish out rice, cover with meat mixture, and add peas. We add a bit of butter and stir it all together to make a disgusting looking dinner, but it tastes really good. :)

not sure about the meatloaf. but you could make sloppy joes. just brown the hamburger and add some manwich sauce to it. easy to make and also quick to make.

Make hamburgers. Beef + crushed saltine crackers + 1 egg + salt + pepper. Dice up a few potatoes.
