Setting Fudge with Tapioca Starch?!

Question: Setting Fudge with Tapioca Starch?
Is it possible? I made around 1 and 1/2 lbs of chocolate fudge and it won't set, can i add 1tsp of Tapioca Starch and heat it a little to set it?

Starch begins to gelatinize at 212 degrees (F). In order for starch to set your fudge up, you'd need bring it to a boil. This would ruin the fudge in the process...

I'm not much of a candy maker, so I really don't know how to fix the problem, sorry!

Professional chef.. not a baker :(
