Sherbet punch is always good!

Mix fruit punch with a lemon/lime soda (Sprite or 7UP) in a punch bowl and scoop softened sherbet on top.

I make a lot of punches for events and receptions at my church. The favorite one seems to be...

One 64 oz bottle Cran/Raspberry juice
One quart Raspberry sherbet
One 2 liter bottle Ginger Ale

Whisk together the juice and softened sherbet & chill in fridge until just before serving (up to an hour before serving). Pour mixture in the punch bowl and add the Ginger Ale.

CINDERELLA

Shake together equal parts pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice. Strain over ice cubes, top with soda water and splash in a little grenadine. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, or a pineapple chunk and a cherry on a stick, drink with straws.

GODCHILD

Place four or five ice cubes in a glass and fill three-quarters full with lemonade. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and gently pour a measure of sirop de cassis on top. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve with straws.

GRAPEFRUIT ICE CREAM SODA

Put two tablespoons of fresh grapefruit juice in a glass with two teaspoons of sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved. Fill the glass two-thirds full with soda water and top with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serve with straws and a spoon.

GRECIAN

Blend together four parts peach juice, two parts orange juice, one part lemon juice and a scoop of crushed ice. Pour unstrained into the glass, add a squirt of soda water and garnish with fresh fruit.

HIMBEERSAFT

Fill the glass with crushed ice, pour in a measure of sirop de framboise and dilute with soda water. The quantities of each depends on individual taste. Stir well, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with straws.

LEMONADE (FIZZY)

Pour the juice of a lemon into the glass and add two teaspoons of sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, add four or five ice cubes and top us with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

LEMONADE (PINK)

Shake together two scoops of crushed ice, the juice of a lemon and two teaspoons of sugar. Pour unstrained into a glass and top up with water, stir in a tablespoon of sirop de framboise.

LEMONADE (STILL)

As above but omit the sirop de framboise and garnish with a slice of lemon. Serve with straws.

LEMON ICE CREAM SODA

Put two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice in a glass with two teaspoons of sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Fill the glass two-thirds full with soda water and top with a large scoop of soft vanilla ice cream. Serve with straws and a spoon.

LIMEADE

Shake together the juice of three limes and sugar to taste. Strain over ice cubes and add water or soda water. Garnish with fruit.

MICKEY MOUSE

Pour cola over ice cubes, than add a scoop of soft vanilla ice cream, top with whipped cream and two cherries, serve with a straw and a spoon.

MOCK DAISY CRUSTA

Put two scoops of crushed ice into the glass and add the juice of two limes and a tablespoon of sirop de framboise. Top up with soda water and float a little grenadine on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint and raspberries on a stick.

My family always uses 7 up, frozen cool-aid and frozen lemonade. It's a huge hit, and it makes enough for everyone.

Our family get togethers bring in large numbers.

liter ginger ale
pineapple juice
pineapple sherbert
vanilla ice cream
delicious!
