what can i serve with normandy pork?!

Question: What can i serve with normandy pork?
i am doing it as a main course, what could i serve with it as an accompaniment.

Answers:

Serve with a crispy green salad and fresh French bread with salted Normandie butter or lightly cooked green beans, cherry tomatoes and sautéed potatoes. Definitely NOT with rice, peas or mashed potatoes. Wash it down with a a robust red, a Corbiere or Fitou.

I live there and have it quite often but with just the bread, salad and Fitou

Serve with new potatoes, crushed with tarragon and butter and a green salad or Danish or Dutch style red cabbage, creamy mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables is also nice, good luck, wish I was there.

Braised red cabbage

rice peas
