Spicy bruscetta chicken bake

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 14 1/2 ounce can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
1 6 ounce package Stove Top for chicken
1/2 cup water
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, Dell'Aple recommended
Big pinch kosher salt
Pinch red pepper flakes

Method
Heat oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam

Lay the chicken in an even layer in the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with the cheese.

Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water, garlic, and Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes together until stuffing mix is moistened. Mound the stuffing mixture on top of the chicken and the cheese in an even layer. Bake 30 minutes or just to the point when the chicken turns opaque.

*** Taco soup ***
-1lb hamburger
-1 pkg taco seasoning
-1 can tomatoes (drained)
-1can tomatoes w/green chilis
-1can corn (drained)
-1 can mild chilli beans (drained)
-1 can pento beans (drainded)
-1 pkg of dry ranch dressing mix
-1 bag chilli chesse fritos

--Make taco meat. Mix taco meat and all the other ingredients(except the chips) in crockpot. Cook on low for 30mins. Serve with fritos in the soup.

1 pd of hamburger
2 cans of diced tomatoes, don't drain juices
2 cans tomato soup, 1 can of water
1 box of egg noodles
1 can of kidney beans, drain
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
few shakes of parm. cheese

cook hamburger in elect fry pan drain grease, cook noodles in pot, then put them all in elect fry pan simmer for 20 mins

I make this at least once a week for dinner

i'm out of canned tomatoes and need some ! I put them in my sauce I make with Curry Chicken, I put a can of tomatoes in with Chili, someitmes mix them with jarred spagehetti sauce. I've used them with garlic and olive oil to make a easy home made spag. sauce. mixed them in with taco meat, , putting them on top of Meatloaf sounds good, baked chicken w/ tomatoes and garlic.
