Answers:

not all silicone bakeware is nonstick... I have a brand new pampered chef silicone loaf pan that you have to grease. so to be safe, I always grease my pans with shortening and flour. better safe than sorry, right?

experience.

Silicone is Non-Stick--you may want to POP-the bread after about 20-minutes to achieve some browning on the loaf..total bake time is usually--35-minutes..
Use a baking sheet for your bread pan..after about 20-minutes..POP the bread on the baking sheet and cook extra..even at 400-degree's[F]..
The silicone may hinder a nice brown loaf.

You do not grease silicone bakeware
