My new smoothie is a banana smoothie... and sometimes I make a banana/peanut butter smoothie... kinda like a banana and peanut butter sandwich, but better.
Anyways, I use vanilla protein powder... usually whatever is recommended on the package.
Then add about 8-12 oz's of milk, I use vanilla almond milk, or vanilla soy milk. Then, I add about a tsp of vanilla extract. About 6-8 ice cubes, and FROZEN banana..... that's the key, because if they aren't frozen, you'll have to use frozen yogurt or ice cream. Peel, chop up your bananas and then store then in the freezer. Add about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of the frozen bananas. Then 1 tbsp honey. A dash of fresh cinnamon. Blend. If you want, you can add 1 tbsp of peanut butter.
Also, I do this with the chocolate protein powder too, and with the peanut butter.
It's sweet, cold, you can't taste that there is protein powder in it.... and it's healthy if you don't add any ice cream... the frozen bananas are the trick, since they freeze real hard and when blended, they take the consistency of the ice cream.
Want a banana/strawberry shake? Leave out the peanut butter, obviously... make the same recipe and add a cup of frozen strawberries.. or any berry you like. Blueberry. Mixed berries... etc.
half of a banana + 4-6 strawberries + splash orange juice + 1/4 c vanilla Silk
I always freeze my bananas then slice them still frozen into the blender. Also, I buy frozen berries because they're cheaper, then partially thaw however many I need, and blend it all. That way there's no added ice or watered down flavor. I'm not vegan so I generally use lowfat yogurt instead of silk, but I love the flavor of vanilla silk in smoothies, too. I have added pineapple, kiwi, peaches, nectarines, and even grapes in addition to berries and they're all wonderful. Make sure you add the banana or it won't be creamy.
12 fl oz oat milk
1/2 oz rolled oats
2 bananas
1 tbsp maple syrup
whizz up - makes 2 servings - really filling, could use for breakfast and be full all morning.
healthy cos bananas and oats give both immediate, and long term slow release of, energy

Stick a whole huge peeled cucumber in a blender along with a whole big handful of flat leaf parsley and thin it with something like water or soy milk. Uhhh.. I wouldn't call this yummy but I've done it when trying to clear the leftover vegetables out of my fridge. It's actually not that bad. I might have added a pinch of sea salt to this. This was oddly satisfying.
my fav is strawberrys, bananna and a low fat yoghurt with apple or orange juice i just measure the fruit out in a cup only put a lil bananna tho cos it can overpower the strawberrys then put in blender with 1 scoop ov yoghurt and level the juice its all yummy and you can add all sorts of fruit! :)
