I made fudge last night and it set okay, however it is really soft and I can't cut it into squares...?!
When I try to cut a piece out it crumbles. It also tastes okay, however I can taste the granules of sugar as if it did not cook too long or dissolve completely. Is there a way that I can fix the fudge by cooking it longer. BTW, I made it last night and I don't want to waste it. Can I just add some milk and cook it again, or is it wasted?

Could put it in the freezer so it sets a bit firmer.
