How do you make a good smoothie?!

Question: How do you make a good smoothie?
How exactly do you make a good fruit smoothie? I don't want any kind of drink mix, but the kind you make with fruit, a blender, and other stuff, a natural smoothie. was wondering if y'all had any good recipes

Answers:

The best is so easy and my kids and friends love it.. Frozen strawberries in a blender, add Kerns strawberry and banana drink and then add raspberry sherbet and blend.. Maybe even mix the strawberries with the Kerns then add sherbet and blend more....

Smoothie

Make this smoothie every morning for breakfast. It’s rich in vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, omega-3 fats, monounsaturated fats, soy protein, and so much more!

Ingredients

1 banana
1/2 apple
1 kiwi, peeled
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup tofu
3 tablespoons unsalted natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons aloe vera juice
2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon barley grass powder (optional)

Directions

In a blender, combine banana, apple, kiwi, mixed berries and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add soy milk, yogurt, tofu, peanut butter, aloe vera juice, flaxseed oil, and barley grass powder. Blend again until well blended.

Pour into glasses and serve.

First..ice cream is not an ingredient in smoothies...You can use yogurt...

Some fruit suggestions........
blueberries
raspberries
grapes
strawberries
apple
and of course banana

Now if you use yogurt I understand Greek plain vanilla is the best for smoothies...

Layer the fruit in the blender... then add the yogurt...then some juice..I use apple but orange works also...and top with ice...if you choose...

Throw on the lid and stand back...Just kidding...LOL

This is a straight-up fruit smoothie, and there’s no limit to the combination's you can add: mango's, blackberries, peaches…the list goes on....Have fun with it!...

Enjoy.......

I use just fruit and apple juice...simple and tasteeeee...

Ice, vanilla iced cream, chopped banana, chopped strawberry, orange slices (make sure all that white stringy stuff is all off)
The amount of each should be based on your judgement, because everyone likes it a little differently.

If this doesn't help, there are thousands of online recipes.

I like the simple frozen strawberries and blueberries, pineapple juice, and banana. Delicious and easy.

Yogurt, skim milk, Fruit/Veggies, Splenda and ice. Run in the blender.

Juice, Frozen Fruit, Yogurt.
