bread rose more without sugar?!
i did my science fair project and im presenting tomorrow but i can't find a source that says bread rises more without sugar!!! and thats what happened to my expirament. My teacher wants me to find 2 sources that back me u or else i wont get a good grade help!!!!!!!!!! i need sources!!!! websites!!!!!!!

Too much sugar added too early WILL retard yeast growth.

try cooks.com or better yet go to the culinary institute of america's website (google it) and then type in what you want and hopefully they can back your project!
You must have made a mistake in your experiment. Sugar feeds yeast.
