since 1 tbsp of baking powder is equal to 1 tsp of baking soda n 5/8 tsp of cream of tartar

first off baking is an exact science to alter a recipe is to alter the results having said that the answer to your question is 1 T for the soda and 2 3/4 T for the cream of tartar total of 3.75 T



i think one tablespoon of baking powder would be as close as you can get.

if you don't mind wasting some, listen to bob rocks. mix it very well and then just use one tablespoon of it.
